EasyMarket

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you use EasyMarket for) and EasyMarket (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using EasyMarket, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What EasyMarket does

EasyMarket is software that helps small businesses plan advertising campaigns for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. You describe what you want to promote, and EasyMarket generates a campaign plan (ad copy, audience and budget suggestions, and step-by-step setup instructions) and checks it against advertising rules for your industry. You run your ads yourself, in your own ad accounts. We don't place ads, buy advertising, or handle your ad spend. EasyMarket isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google.

2. Guidance, not legal advice

EasyMarket provides educational marketing guidance, not legal advice, and using it doesn't create an attorney–client relationship. Our rule checks cover FTC advertising rules and, where they apply to your industry, requirements such as Fair Housing, professional licensing, and platform Special Ad Category policies. No automated tool catches everything. You are responsible for:

Before you generate your first campaign, we ask you to acknowledge these points.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and use EasyMarket for a business. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You're responsible for activity under your account, including by teammates you invite.

4. Pricing and payment

Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use EasyMarket to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter into EasyMarket and of the campaigns generated for you, and you may use them for your business. You give us permission to store and process your content to run the service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate campaigns. AI-generated content can be similar to content generated for others and can contain mistakes, so review it before you use it.

7. Changes and availability

We may add, change, or remove features. We work to keep EasyMarket available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

EasyMarket is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that campaigns will perform well, be approved by ad platforms, or meet every legal requirement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, ad spend, or fines or penalties related to ads you run. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using EasyMarket at any time, and you can delete your account yourself under Account. Deleting your account cancels the subscription of any workspace deleted with it, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must for legal reasons.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell you by email. If you keep using EasyMarket after changes take effect, you accept them.
