Facebook and Google ads for home service businesses
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, cleaners, landscapers and contractors: say what you want more of, and EasyMarket builds the campaign, from the ad copy to the setup steps, with every ad checked before you see it.
Campaigns you can build
- Emergency repair calls
- Seasonal tune-ups and inspections
- Quote requests for bigger jobs
- A new service area
- A limited-time discount
Each campaign includes:
- Ad copy for Facebook and Instagram, and Google search headlines and descriptions that fit Google's limits
- Who to reach: the audience and locations, within each platform's rules
- What to spend: a daily budget and how long to run
- Step-by-step setup for Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with tracking links
What to watch for in your ads
Guarantees need their terms
If an ad offers a guarantee, like “satisfaction guaranteed”, it should say how to get the details and any conditions or limits. Promises of results you can't back up, like “guaranteed results”, are flagged.
“#1” and “lowest price” need proof
Objective claims like “#1 rated” or “lowest prices” need evidence before the ad runs. A specific fact, like your review rating and count, usually works better anyway.
Discounts and free estimates
If an offer has conditions, like a minimum job size or an end date, the ad needs to say so.
The rules every campaign follows
EasyMarket writes every campaign to these rules and checks the ads before you see them. When an ad breaks a rule, it's rewritten automatically, or flagged with what to fix.
FTC advertising rules (every business)
- Claims like '#1' or 'lowest price' need proof
- No unsubstantiated guarantees, cures, or get-rich claims
- Auto-renewal / subscription terms must be disclosed
- 'Free' and price claims must disclose conditions
- Testimonials: show typical results and disclose connections
Some trades have their own advertising rules, such as showing a contractor license number in some states. EasyMarket doesn't check those yet, so confirm them for your state and trade.
