Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy explains what EasyMarket collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password, your business type, and the workspaces and teams you belong to. Your password goes through our servers to our sign-in provider, Supabase, which stores it only in scrambled (hashed) form. We never store or log it.
- Business details: what you save under Business: your business name, location, service area, website, phone, what you sell, and any notes for the AI. For real estate, also your brokerage name and license number.
- What you enter: campaign requests and descriptions, app appearance settings, and performance numbers you log, such as clicks, leads, and spend.
- What we generate for you: campaigns and the results of our advertising-rule checks.
- Usage and billing records:how much AI usage each request used and what it cost, your subscription status, and your purchases, with Stripe's reference numbers for them. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we don't receive your card number, and we don't keep the billing name or address you give Stripe.
- Records of your agreements and activity: when you accepted our terms and disclaimers, with the IP address and browser type you used, as proof of that acceptance, and a record of the campaigns built in your workspace.
- Technical information: cookies that keep you signed in, and basic request information (such as IP address) that our hosting provider processes, and keeps in short-term logs, to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run EasyMarket: create your account, generate and save your campaigns, and keep your workspace working.
- To measure AI usage against each seat's allowance and to bill you.
- To send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation, password resets, and team invites.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run EasyMarket, and only as needed:
- Supabase: database and sign-in
- Vercel: website hosting
- Anthropic: the AI model that writes your campaigns. With each request it receives what you enter, your saved business details and notes (name, location, website, phone, what you sell, and for real estate, your brokerage name and license number), and a short summary of your workspace's recent campaigns with any results you've logged.
- Stripe: payments
- Resend: delivers our emails, such as team invites. It receives the recipient's email address and the message, which names the workspace.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Your team
Everyone in a workspace can see its business details, the campaigns created in it, and the requests used to create them. Owners and admins manage members and settings and can see members' names and email addresses, and the email addresses of people invited. Teammates can't see each other's AI usage or the records of when others accepted our terms. An owner or admin can show a logo from a web address they choose; your browser loads that image from that address.
How long we keep it
- We keep your information while your account is open.
- When you delete your account, we delete it right away: your account, and every workspace no one else is active in, with everything in it. If you're on a team, the team keeps the campaigns you made for the business, without your name attached, and we erase the IP address and browser recorded when you accepted our terms.
- A campaign request that didn't produce a campaign (for example, one that ran into an error) is deleted after 30 days.
- Team invitations are deleted when they're accepted, and within two days after they expire or are canceled.
- Stripe keeps its own payment records for tax and accounting. Our hosting provider's request logs expire on their own.
Your choices
You can see and change your name, email, and password under Account, your business details under Business, and you can delete your account under Account. To get a copy of your information, or for anything else, email our support email.
Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls that keep each workspace's data separate. Changing your email or password, or deleting your account, needs your current password. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.
Children
EasyMarket is for businesses and isn't intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new date. For significant changes, we'll also tell you by email.
