Your $1 first campaign

The $1 first campaign is a one-time charge. If your campaign can't be generated, because of an error or because the AI couldn't produce one, your paid campaign stays available so you can try again. Once your campaign has been delivered, the $1 isn't refundable.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• To cancel online, an owner or admin of the workspace opens Billing, chooses Manage billing, and cancels the plan there. You can also email our support email from the email address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• If a payment fails, you can keep building while our payment processor retries the card, and update the card under Billing at any time. If the payment still can't be collected, building pauses until the card is updated.
• Deleting your account (under Account) cancels the subscription of a workspace deleted with it right away, since the workspace no longer exists.
• We don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where the law requires it.

Usage packs

Usage packs are prepaid and non-refundable. Their balance doesn't expire while your account is open.

Charged by mistake?

If you think you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, email us within 30 days and we'll correct any mistake.
